Refund Policy for My Quick Menu

First off, we are sorry that either:

  • You are not satisfied with our service
  • You are not benefiting from the value we aim to provide
  • There has been some billing mistake
  • You were charged when you thought you cancelled
  • Or anything else that would bring you to a refund page...

In most circumstances, we have a no refunds policy.

However, we are reasonable people and understand that there are always exceptions. If you feel that you have a valid reason for a refund, please reach out to us at hello@myquick.menu and we will do our best to help.

We do our best to offer a free week trial to let you get the best understanding of if you wish to continue with our service. We are a small team and when you are small, server/storage/hosting/etc costs tend to be higher than the Google's or Linktree's of the world. The same way your local coffee shop can't compete with Starbuck's on price because Starbucks owns the whole pipeline.
